Use the following timer when meditating etc...
Meditation helps to 'Recharge your batteries'.  Helps reduce stress levels.  Meditation clears the mind.  You will become calmer, less irratable etc.  Everyones experiences with meditation are going to be different.

When I meditate/relax I see:  Flashing colours, a tiny red light flashing, silohettes of people & places, abstract silohettes, get tingles in hands & legs etc......
